Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order. We are a small, independent publishing company and we handle all fulfillment in-house with care. Please read the following carefully so you know what to expect.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any international destinations at this time.
Processing Time
Many of our products are made to order and require production time before they are ready to ship. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days] of purchase. Processing time is separate from and in addition to shipping transit time.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Method & Carriers
We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are calculated based on USPS ground rates and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We are a small operation and labels are prepared and dispatched by hand. We do our best to get every order out promptly and with care.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS ground service rates for your delivery address. We do not mark up shipping costs. What you pay at checkout reflects the actual carrier rate for your order.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the USPS system.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed off to USPS, transit times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated USPS ground transit time is typically 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on your location relative to our fulfillment address in Irvine, CA.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received. Once an order has been accepted by USPS and a tracking number has been issued, the shipment is in the carrier's care and custody.
If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors and any household members
- Contacting your local USPS post office with your tracking number
- Filing a missing mail claim directly with USPS at usps.com
While we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS, we will do our best to assist you in investigating the matter. Please contact us at contact@getjokers.com and we will help however we can.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-sent packages. We are unable to issue refunds for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because many of our products are made to order and production begins shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at contact@getjokers.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production or shipment begins.
